Japan and the US strengthen the construction of the joint operational capability on the basis of military alliance and improve their military power, which can guarantee the existence and development of the Japan- US alliance, help the US implement the foreign strategy and push Japan＇s military power become global. These certainly will have an important effect towards the security and the strategic pattern in the Asian-Pacific region, and we should pay attention and think carefully.
