战术互联网的广泛应用,为实现指挥体制扁平化提供了技术支撑,对信息通信部队的保障能力提出了全新的要求,对"多专多能"的人才需求更加迫切,促进了后装保障方式的变革。通过广泛分析战术互联网应用过程中对作战指挥体系、信息保障模式、日常训练要求所带来的深刻影响,提出了部队在转型建设中值得思考的问题和可采取的措施,希望对改革发展建设有一定借鉴作用。研究表明,战术互联网作为综合通信平台主要组成部分,将对我军的作战、训练等各方面带来极其深刻的影响。

Tactical Internet provides the technical support for the realization of the flattening of the combat command system of the army. With its wide application in command and control system, Tactical Internet has the latest requirements for the supportability of the information communication unit, and it is in urgent needs of the talents of all kinds while it also promotes the reform to ensure the military logistic support. According to the analysis of the great influence which Tactical Internet has on combat command system, information security model as well as the daily training requirement, this paper raises the questions and problems which the troops have in the transition period and gives practical solutions to them. The research indicates that it can help with the military reform and development.
