摘要
以最终用户满意为驱动力 ,基于质量功能展开思想 ,提出一种将供应链用户需求转化为对供应链中各个过程的要求的多层次演绎分析方法 ,即供应链用户需求展开 。
Driven by final customer satisfaction of supply chain, a multi level deductive analysis model, namely, supply chain customer requirement deployment is introduced. It is a structural method for translating supply chain customer requirements into the request for every processes of supply chain. With this model customer satisfaction theory can be applied in the production management system of supply chain.
