摘要
在分析了汽车行业供应链和供应链上核心企业特点的基础上 ,提出了以汽车制造企业为核心的汽车行业供应链结构模型以及物流的创新模式 ,构建了基于电子商务的汽车行业供应链管理的理想模式 ,并详细分析了此种模式的特点 。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of supply chain and core enterprises in auto industry, this paper first suggests the structural model of supply chain in auto industry with manufacturing enterprises as it core and innovative model of material flow, and then it builds the ideal mode of supply chain in E business based auto industry. Finally, it analyzes the characteristics of this mode in detail and provide constructive suggestions on the implementation of E business in auto industry.
