教师角色定位及其误区 被引量:1

摘要 在思想政治课教学实践中,任课教师的角色定位不仅会影响教学策略的选择,也会影响教学效果的提升。分析教师的角色定位,不仅是提升执教能力的关键,而且是进行教学改革的关键。因此,我们应该科学定位、评估教师角色,以此反思教学、改进教学。一、教师角色定位与评估所谓教师角色定位,是指教师群体或个人依据特定的教学理念,结合特定的教学任务,
