介绍了防错技术的定义和起源 ,举例说明了防错技术的分类和特征 ,并分析了防错技术的作用和应用范围 ;提出潜在失效模式分析、数据库知识管理以及防错分析三种方法是防错实施的重点。
The definition and origination of poka yoke is introduced with its category and characteristics illustrated. Its functions and range for application are studied. FMEA, database management and three analysis approaches are key points to poka yoke implementation. Seven step implementation model for poka yoke is suggested with the zero defect quality as the chief target.
