摘要
在响应十八届三中全会《决定》中提出的提高文化产业规模化、专业化水平号召的同时,全面贯彻十七届六中全会首次提出大力发展文化产业的政策。基于"钻石模型"的中国艺术产业竞争力的发展模式,以及其促进经济转型的重要作用。研究以推动文化艺术产业成为国民经济支柱性产业为逻辑起点;针对经济转型过程中,文化主体价值缺失的问题,提出建构具有中国文化主体价值观念的艺术产业竞争力策略,构建现代文化产业体系。
In response to "decision" in the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to raise the scale and professional level of culture industries, meanwhile to fuly implement the policy, which was proposed for the ifrst time in the sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee to vigorously develop the culture industry policy. We’l base on the "Diamond Model" to develop the model of Chinese art industry competitiveness, and its important role in promoting the economic transformation. Our research wil focus on promoting the art and culture industry to become a pilar industry of the national economy as a logical starting point., We’l also discuss the missing main value of the culture in the process of economic transformation to propose the competitive strategy in Chinese art and culture industry to construct the subjective value concept and build a modern system of culture industry.
