摘要
自2013年以来,全国范围内对创意产业园的研究热度都处于普遍降温的过程之中,这和创意产业园在发展中陷入困境是分不开的。过度商业化、缺少差异化、类型模糊化等问题困扰着看似光鲜的创意产业园。如何在Shopping Mall等商业综合体到处开花的情况下,顺利地实现创意产业园的转型,发挥创意产业园自身的优势,促进与推动南京创意产业园进行自我更新,这是本文试图探索的一个核心问题。
Since 2013, the research heat on creative industry park throughout China has been in the process of being cooled down, which has much to do with the difficulties in the development of creative industry park. The seemingly glamorous creative industry park is troubled by problems like excessive commercialization, lack of diferentiation, fuzziifcation of type and so on. Under current situation of the lfourishment of commercial complex like shopping mal, how can we successfuly realize the transformation of creative industry park, make use of the advantages of it and promote the self-renewal of Nanjing Creative Industry Park? This paper tries to explore this core question.
