盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗慢性腰背痛的临床价值研究

Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Glucosamine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Lumbago and Backache

目的探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗慢性腰背痛的临床价值。方法选取2014年5月-2015年5月在宜宾市第三人民医院门诊治疗的328例慢性腰背痛患者,采用单盲法将其随机分为研究组(172例)和对照组(156例),研究组采用布洛芬+盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,对照组给予布洛芬+安慰剂进行治疗。分别于初次就诊时(治疗前),治疗1、2个月后采用中文版简化Mc Gill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)进行问卷调查。结果研究组治疗前SF-MPQ评分为(64.34±23.35)分,治疗1个月后SF-MPQ评分为(44.04±13.22)分,治疗2个月后SF-MPQ评分为(19.87±8.11)分。对照组治疗前SF-MPQ评分为(65.19±24.12)分,治疗1个月后SF-MPQ评分为(47.04±11.36)分,治疗2个月后SF-MPQ评分为(54.44±21.39)分。两组治疗1个月后疼痛均有改善;治疗2个月后,研究组的治疗效果较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发生消化道并发症3例(1.74%),对照组发生消化道并发症2例(1.28%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖能够有效改善慢性腰背痛,无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of glucosamine hydrochloride on chronic lumbago and backache.Methods We selected 328 outpatients with chronic lumbago and backache diagnosed between May 2014 and May 2015,and randomly（with single blind method） divided them into study group（n=172） and control group（n= 156）.Patients in the control group were treated with ibuprofen and placebo,while those in the study group were treated with ibuprofen and glucosamine hydrochloride.The short-form McGill pain questionnaire（SF-MPQ） was used for investigation at three time points（before the treatment,one month and two months after the treatment）.Results The score of SF-MPQ in the study group was 64.34±23.35 before the treatment,44.04±13.22 one month after the treatment,and 19.87±8.11 two months after the treatment.While in the control group,the results at those three time points were 65.19±24.12,47.04±11.36,and54.44±21.39,respectively.There was no obvious difference between the two groups one month after the treatment（P〈 0.05）.The pain was alleviated in both of the two groups one month after the treatment,while the therapeutic effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group two months after the treatment（P〈 0.05）.Archenteric complications were found in 3 patients（1.74%） in the study group and 2（1.28%） in the control group without a significant difference（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Glucosamine hydrochloride may effectively alleviate the lumbago and backache without any obvious adverse reactions.
