摘要 中国石油天然气集团公司的信息化建设已经进入大规模升版建设阶段,了解升版建设的规律,提高建设应用成效,对于各信息系统升版建设均很重要。管道生产管理系统是中国石油天然气集团公司第一个完成升版建设任务的信息系统,其系统升版建设要点包括3个方面:在可研方面,做好在用系统分析评价,从业务发展和技术提升两个角度分析升版必要性;在方案设计方面,重点根据不同的设计内容选择增量式设计和重构式设计方法;在版本兼容方面,重点考虑历史数据、历史报表以及外部系统接口的兼容性。管道生产管理系统2.0版圆满完成规划与可研确定的建设任务,上线运行后成效显著:无缝兼容了1.0版本的业务数据、系统接口、报表,延续了用户定制界面的友好性设计,保障了业务连续性;整合了管道上中下游信息资源,提高了生产管理的决策力;实现各层级业务处理自动化、标准化以及数据处理电子化,提高了工作效率;升版后的表单、报表和专业计算能力得到质的提升,整体效果获得高度认可。 The information system construction of PetroChina has entered into a stage of massively version upgrading. It is significant for all information systems to grasp the rules of version-upgrade and improve the application effect.Pipeline Production Management System is PetroChina's first information system with its version upgraded.The key points for the system version upgrading involve three aspects: feasibility study, system design and version compatibility. For feasibility study, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the in-service systems and to investigate the necessity of system upgrading for business development and technical improvement. For system design,the stress lies in the selection of incremental or reconstruction design methods according to different design content. For version compatibility, attention should be paid to the compatibility of historical data, historical reports and external system interfaces. Pipeline Production Management System 2.0 has been completely constructed according to planning and feasibility study. Its application results were remarkable after it was put into operation. In the Version 2.0, the Version 1.0 is seamlessly compatible in terms of business data, system interfaces and reports, and its friendly design of customizing interfaces is kept so as to guarantee the continuity of the business. The upstream, midstream and downstream information resources of pipelines are integrated, so the decision making power on production management is strengthened. The business of each level is processed automatically in the normalized way and the data is processed electronically, so the operation efficiency is increased. The upgraded forms, reports and professional computing capacity are essentially improved. In general, it is highly appraised. (3 Figures, 10 References)
