摘要
以对苯二甲酰氯与罗丹明B乙二胺缩合反应的产物(Rh-1)为荧光"关-开"型探针,研究了探针Rh-1选择性识别Fe^(3+)的各种影响因素,建立了Rh-1荧光检测分析痕量Fe^(3+)的方法,其线性范围为1.0×10^(-7)mol/L^2.6×10^(-5)mol/L,检出限为2.31×10^(-8)mol/L。
A turn-on fluorescent probe Rh -1 based on rhodamine for trivalent ferric ion ( Fe3+) was synthesized .It was studied that the various factors affected the fluorescence of Rh -1 and Fe3+complex.And an approach was developed for the detection of trace amount of Fe 3+based on Rh-1 as fluorescent probe .The linear range covered from 1.0×10^-7 mol/L to 2.6 ×10^-5 mol/L, and the detection limit was found to be 2.31 ×10^-8 mol/L.
