摘要
催化裂化分馏塔中的氨氮和氯离子,在分馏塔顶部形成氯化氨并溶解于水中,自顶部向下传递过程中形成铵盐附着于塔盘及塔壁,影响正常生产。通过降低分馏塔顶温并注入除盐水的方法,将铵盐溶解在水中再从顶循泵入口切出,实现催化分馏塔的在线洗塔。
The ammonium chloride dissolving in water formed from the ammonia and chlorine ions in the top of FCC fractionator will form salt and adhere to the tray and wall of the tower .This will affect the normal production .By the method of reducing fractionator top temperature and injecting the demineralized water , drawing off the water from the top circulating pump inlet to achieve on-line washing of the FCC main fractionator .
