摘要
针对某拟建LNG加气与加油合建站,对生产过程中存在的风险进行分析,识别出项目存在的主要危险有害因素;危险度评价结果表明LNG储罐属高度危险,LNG泵、LNG加气机、BOG缓冲罐属中度危险;采用火灾爆炸危险指数评价法对LNG储罐区进行定量评价,结果表明若储罐发生火灾、爆炸事故,半径为30.7m暴露区域内的设备、设施将遭到破坏。采用事故后果模拟分析对LNG储罐区火灾爆炸事故进行定量评价,结果表明LNG储罐发生爆炸,将造成液化天然气储罐附近23.8m范围内的设备破坏,40.4m范围内人员伤亡。
For a LNG gas and fuel filling station , the potential risks existing in the production process were analyzed .The main danger and harmful factors were identified .The result of hazard degree assessment shown that LNG storage tank was a highly dangerous; LNG pump, gas dispenser and BOG buffer tank belonged to the moderate risk .Quantitative risk assessment of the LNG storage tank was done using Dow fire and explosion index evaluation method , the result shown that the equipment and facility exposed in the radius of 30.7 m would be destroyed .Accident consequence simulation analysis of the LNG storage tank fire and explosion accidents were done , the results shown that the equipment exposed in the radius of 23.8 m would be destroyed, and people in the radius of 40.4 m would be injured.
