社会转型期医改主体之我见

医疗卫生体制改革涉及千家万户的实际利益,必然成为转型期社会关注的焦点之一。本文就转型期如何调动医院和医生的积极性与提升医药、器械产业竞争力,同时维护十几亿人民健康福祉,充分发挥医务人员在医改中的主体作用,构建以政府主导,医务人员为主体,全民健康水平提高的良性循环格局,提出相关建议。

What we called ＂social transformation period＂ refers to the transition period a society goes through, in which various aspects undergoing major changes. Involving the interests of millions of households, health care reform inevitably gets attention in a society in transition. So in this article the author put forward proposals on several challenges in transformation periods, including mobilizing the enthusiasm of hospitals and staffs, reinforcing the competitiveness of medical and machinery industry, at the same time preserving the health and well-being of hundreds of millions of Chinese people. In order to give full play the main role of medical personnel in the health care reform, to build a society with the government as the leading factor, the medical staff as the principal part, to establish a positive cycling interaction that benefits the health of the whole people.
