运用荧光光谱和红外光谱技术研究了在生理pH(pH=7.40)条件下,碳纳米管对马来酸氯苯那敏与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的影响。结果表明,在有无碳纳米管存在下,马来酸氯苯那敏均主要以静态猝灭方式猝灭牛血清白蛋白的内源性荧光。常温下碳纳米管的存在,使这种猝灭作用更强,在298 K、303 K两者的结合常数的比值分别为1.549和1.070。红外光谱表明,碳纳米管的存在,使马来酸氯苯那敏与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的-OH峰和-C=O峰发生了明显的改变,使两者的相互作用增强。
The effect of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) on the interaction of chlorphenamine maleate(CPM) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied under a physiological p H(p H=7.40) system by Fluorescence and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that, in the presence or absence of carbon nanotubes, CPM has a powerful ability to quench the BSA's fluorescence in a static mode. The quenching effect is stronger when the CNTs exist at room temperature, and the ratios of binding constants with CNTs and binding constants without CNTs were 1.549 and 1.070 at 298 K and 303 K respectively. The IR spectrum shows that the significant shifts of-OH peaks and-C=O peaks had occurred and the fluorescence quenching enhanced between CPM and BSA in the present of CNTs.
