摘要
为了了解氯丁胶中1,2-二氯乙烷在装修时对作业人员的健康风险,从市场中收集了30份氯丁胶样品,采用气相色谱法对样品中1,2-二氯乙烷含量进行测定。并采用美国环境保护局的健康风险评价法,计算出装修时1,2-二氯乙烷的暴露浓度,并对潜在健康风险进行评价,结果表明:氯丁胶中1,2-二氯乙烷存在极高的致癌风险(>10^(-4)),建议使用者采用适当措施以降低风险隐患。
To assess health risk of 1,2-dichloroethane contents in decoration neoprene adhesive to workers, thirty neoprene adhesives have been collected. The concentrations of 1,2-dichloroethane have been determinated by using gas chromatography. According to the risk assessment models proposed by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency（USEPA）, the exposure rate of 1,2-dichloroethane to the workers has been worked out, and the carcinogenic toxic hazards have been evaluated. The result shows that the carcinogenic toxic risk of workers exposed to 1,2-dichloroethane in neoprene adhesives is beyond the safety range（10^-4）. It is recommended that workers adopt appropriate methods to reduce the risk.
