摘要
文章研究了硬脂酸和氢氧化钙,在饱和蒸汽温度与对应压力条件、辅以双氧水催化作用下,在高温高压密闭容器中合成硬脂酸钙的新型工艺,并进行了放大试验,得到了较复分解法和常压水相直接法合成的硬脂酸钙指标及品质更优、更纯净的产品。并且该方法工艺操作及掌控更简单,彻底消除废水排放问题。
The paper studies the new process of the stearic acid and calcium hydroxide synthesize calcium stearate in a closed container, at saturated steam temperature and pressure conditions correspond, which supplemented by hydrogen peroxide under catalysis. Then amplification experiments has been done to get more better quality and pure product of calcium stearate indicators, compared to complex decomposition and atmospheric aqueous phase direct synthesis. This operation and control of the process of method is easier to completely eliminate waste emissions.
