浅谈高校资产管理队伍建设

资产管理人员队伍的素质和能力关系着资产效益的发挥程度,资产效益的发挥程度关系到高校的办学质量、办学规模及科研成果。结合我院校的实际情况,分析当前高校资产管理队伍存在的问题,主要是人员结构不合理,人员流动性强,专业建设滞后,考评制度不健全。进一步提出高校资产管理人员队伍的结构的优化建设,全面提高资产管理人员队伍的管理水平。

The quality and ability of the asset management team is related to the level of the asset efficiency, and the degree of the assets benefit is related to the quality, scale and achievements of the University. Combined with the actual situation of our college, the analysis of the current problems of the asset management team, mainly the personnel structure is irrational, personnel mobility is strong, professional construction is lagging behind, the evaluation system is not perfect. Further puts forward the construction of the structure of the college asset management team; comprehensively improve the management level of asset management team.
