摘要
采用复合生物床工艺处理某化工企业产生的有机废气,考察了系统的长期运行稳定性、最大去除负荷,观察了微生物的生长情况。中试结果表明:在111天的运行时间内,系统性能运行稳定,进气浓度在100 mg/m^3左右时,系统去除效率在80%以上,最高可达92.8%;在实验范围内,复合生物床对VOCs废气的最大去除负荷为41.5 g/(m^3·h)。系统中细菌和真菌均生长良好,两者能够协同处理VOCs气体。
A pilot-scale compound bio-bed is installed in a chemical factory to purify waste gas containing VOCs. Long-term operation stability of the system,the max removal load and gorwth situation of microorganisms in the bio-bed are studied. The experimental results shows that performance of the system is stable. When the inlet concenstration is about 100 mg/m3,removal efficiency can reach 92.8 %. The max removal load of the bio-bed,in the experimental range, is 41.5 g/(m^3·h). A large number of bacteria and fungi can be observed, which are well-grown and purifying VOCs gas together.
