珠江三角洲地区家具行业VOCs控制技术的评估与选择 被引量:3

摘要 挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)是珠江三角洲地区大气复合污染主要因素之一,包括家具制造活动在内的工业源是VOCs的重要来源。家具制造业的VOCs排放量位居珠江三角洲地区重点VOCs排放行业第一位,如何选择合适的VOCs治理技术是该行业面临的重要问题。文章在分析了珠江三角洲地区家具制造行业的VOCs排放源及污染物特征的基础上,选取多种末端控制治理技术作为研究对象,根据各种治理技术原理及适用条件,采用层次分析法为模型,构建该行业VOCs控制技术评估系统,对家具制造行业适用治理技术进行综合评估,筛选出最佳可行控制技术,以期为珠江三角洲地区家具制造行业VOCs的减排提供技术支持。结果表明,活性炭吸附再生技术综合评估权重较高,为最优控制技术。 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) play an important role in complex atmospheric pollution in the Pearl River Delta(PRD). Activities of industries including the furniture manufacturing operations are regarded as the major source of VOCs. The furniture manufacturing operations was the best major key VOCs-related industries emission sources contributor in the PRD. How to select the suitable VOCs treating technology in the furniture manufacturing operations is the major problem for emission control of these operations. In the article, based on the analysis of the VOCs emission sources and pollutants features in the furniture manufacturingoperations in the PRD, a variety of treatment technology as the research object is selected, according to the technical principle and applicable conditions of governance, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), an evaluation system for VOCs selection was established and all of these technologies used for treatment were assessed, screened the best available treatment technology. It showed that Carbon Adsorption-Desorption was selected as the best treatment technology due to its highest weight among those technologies.
