国产600MW超临界机组发电机定子线棒温差大的原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment on Large Temperature Difference of Generator Stator Bar in Domestic 600 MW Supercritical Unit

从低p H运行、空心铜导线在运行及检修时所处环境对铜的腐蚀影响两个方面,分析了金湾电厂3号机发电机定子冷却水管路堵塞、定子线棒层间温差大的原因,利用化学清洗成功解决堵塞问题,为国内乃至国际火电厂发电机定子冷却水系统化学清洗提供了范例。

This paper analyzed the cause of the blockage of generator stator pipe and the large temperature difference of generator stator bar of Jinwan Power Station No.3 generator. On the one side, it is because the low p H operating of the generator cooling system. On the other side, it is the condition what the copper tubes are in that cause the problem. The blockage problem of No. 3 generator stator pipe is successfully solved by chemical cleaning. This paper provided an example for domestic and international power plant generator stator cooling water system in chemical cleaning.
