QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定水果中三种杀菌剂残留

Determination of 3 Fungicides Residues in Fruits by Dispersive-SPE-Gas Chromatography

建立了同时测定4种水果中百菌清、苯氟磺胺和灭菌丹农药残留的Qu ECh ERS-气相色谱联用检测方法。水果样品中残留杀菌剂用乙腈提取,后经N-丙基乙二胺键合固相吸附材料（PSA）和ODS吸附剂萃取净化,采用DB-1701毛细管柱分离,ECD检测,外标法定量。三种农药在0.005~0.2 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,最低检出限百菌清为0.005 mg/kg、苯氟磺胺为0.005 mg/kg、灭菌丹为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率为78.6%~110.9%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~10.2%。

A method for determining three fungicide residues in four kinds of fruits by dispersive SPE-gas chromatography was developed. The fruit samples was extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive solid phase extraction using primary secondary amine（PSA）and ODS dispersant sorbent. The target analytes were detected by ECD with gas chromatography, and quantified by external standard. Good linear were obtained ranging from 0.001~0.2 mg/L. Detection limits were 0.005 mg/kg for chlorothalonil, 0.005 mg/kg for dichlofluanid, and 0.01 mg/kg for folpet, respectively. Average recoveries ranged from 78.6 %~110.9 % with RSDs of 2.4 %~10.2 %.
