摘要
食品加工实训是食品营养与检测专业的核心课程。通过对项目导入任务驱动教学法在食品加工实训教学中的应用进行探讨,着重介绍了项目导入任务驱动教学法及其特点,以及该教学法在食品加工实训教学中的应用实践,为全面提升食品加工实训课程的教学质量进行了探索。
Food processing training course was a core curriculum in food nutrition and detection professional. Item importation based task-driven teaching method used in food processing training was discussed. The teaching method, its characteristic and its application in food processing training teaching was highlighted. Therefore, the teaching method enhancing the teaching quality of food processing training was explored.
