摘要
文章研究了以α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯为主要原料,通过氯化、脱羧、环合3步反应得到1-氯-1-乙酰基环丙烷,再与磺酰氯氯化得到1-氯-1-氯乙酰基环丙烷的合成工艺。中间体1-氯-1-乙酰基环丙烷和终产物1-氯-1-氯乙酰基环丙烷均经1H NMR确认。
1-acetyl-1-chloro-cyclopropane was synthesized through chlorinate, decarboxylation and cyclization reactions using α-acetyl-y-butyrolacton as the starting material. The target compound of 1-acetyl-1-chloro-acetyl-cyclopropane was synthesized through chlorinate reaction of 1-chloro-1-chloro-acetyl -cyclopropane with sulfonyl chloride. Both the intermediate of 1-acetyl-l-chloro-cyclopropane and the target compound of 1-chloro-1-chloro-acetyl-cyclopropane were confirmed by tH NMR.
