摘要
分析了节能环保型水基自干砂型铸造涂料的自干固化机理和涂层自干固化特性,阐述了该涂料固化速度的影响因素及其变化规律。研究结果表明:在华南地区气候条件下,实际生产现场的新型水基自干涂料在3小时内均可自干固化;涂层的自干速度达到并且超过国内外同类产品水平;涂层自干后的残留含水量仅约1.4%,为避免铸件气孔缺陷提供了良好条件。
Research the principle of solidification and self-dry curing characteristics of energy efficient and environmentally friendly water-based self-dry casting coating, describes the factors and variation of the coating curing rate. The results show that: in the South China climatic conditions, the curing time of this new type of water-base self-dry casting coating is within 3 hours in actual production. The coating drying speed has reached and exceeded the technology level of similar products in China and abroad; after coating dried, the residual moisture content is only about 1.4 %, which brings good condition to avoid casting porosity defects.
