摘要
以环己烷为溶剂,由γ-氨基酸,用亚磷酸和三氯化磷方法进行膦酰化反应后,加入浓盐酸进行水解反应,制得阿仑膦酸。在此基础上,以阿仑膦酸与氯化锆为原料,通过水合的方法制备氯化锆-阿伦磷酸配合物,并通过NMR,FTIR,SEM对阿伦磷酸及其配合物进行结构表征和形貌分析。
Alendronic acid was synthesized with amino acids, phosphorous acid and phosphorus trichloride by means of phosphorylation. Based on that, zirconium chloride allen phosphoric acid complex was prepared with alendronic acid and zirconium chloride through the method of hydration. And the structure and morphology of allen phosphoric acid and its complexes were characterized by NMR, FTIR and SEM.
