摘要
本研究以工业下脚料棉短绒为原料,对醋酸丁酸纤维素合成工艺进行了研究。研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等对合成产物的影响。实验表明:棉短绒干燥后,用活化液将其在23±2℃下浸泡12小时,然后把活化好、抽干的棉短绒在正丁酸和醋酐的混合液中反应,加入0.2 m L浓硫酸作为催化剂,反应温度控制在75℃左右,匀速搅拌,反应1小时,反应完毕后加适量水进行水解。这样可以得到乙酰基含量在19%左右,丁酰基含量在38%左右,且外观较好的产品。
The thesis mainly studied on the preparation process of cellulose acetate butyrate, which using industrial wasted cotton wool as the raw material. The results showed that the optimum conditions are obtained: After drying the cellulose, pretreated for about 12 hours with glacial acetic at 23±2 ℃, then dry it to dry, adding acetic anhydride, butyric acid and sulfuric acid, uniform mechanical stir, the mass is heated at about 75℃ for about 1 hour to complete the solution of the cellulose, then hydrolysis by adding water .At this condition, the contents of acetyl is about 19 % and butyryl is up to and 38 %.
