摘要
采用红外光谱法对六氟化钨(WF6)中的氟化氢(HF)进行定量分析,HF共有8个吸收峰,考虑定量的灵敏度及避免测定干扰,选择波数4 039.2 cm–1作为HF的定量峰位。通过测定不同含量的HF标准气体,建立其含量与定量峰位的吸光度相对应的标准曲线。标准曲线的线性范围(体积分数)为1.60×10–6~10×10–6,相关系数为0.999 4。该方法简便快捷,结果重复性好,可应用于工业化生产的分析。
The hydrogen fluoride (HF) in tungsten hexafluoride (WF6) was quantitatively analyzed by using infrared spectrum method. The HF exhibits totally eight absorption peaks. Considering the quantitative sensitivity and avoiding the determining interference, the wave number 4 039.2 cm 1 was selected as the quantitative peak position of HF. By determining HF standard gases with different HF content, the standard curve of HF content corresponding to absorbance at the quantitative peak position was established. The linear range of the standard curve is 1.60× 10 6-10× 10-6 (volume fraction), the correlation coefficient is 0.999 4. The method is simple and rapid, the repeatability of the results is good, and it can be applied to analysis of the industrial production.
