浅谈城市道路声环境影响评价预测模式的选用方法

摘要 声环境影响预测与评价是城市道路运营期环境影响评价的主要内容之一,主要预测评价城市道路建成通车后对道路两侧及沿线敏感目标的影响程度,并提出减轻对敏感点影响的措施。目前常用的道路声环境影响评价规范有《公路建设项目环境影响评价规范(试行)》(JTJ005-96)、《公路建设项目环境影响评价规范》(JTGB03-2006)以及《环境影响评价技术导则—声环境》(HJ 2.4-2009),各规范(导则)均提出了道路交通噪声的预测模型。文章主要以已建成市政道路声环境现状实测数据与上述规范(导则)中提出的预测模型在相同条件下预测结果进行比较,探讨设计车速为40 km/h市政道路适用预测模型。 Acoustic environmental impact prediction and evaluation is urban road operating period, one of the main content of environmental impact assessment main prediction alter the evaluation of urban road traffic on the road on both sides and along the influence degree of the sensitive target, and reduce the influence of the sensitive measures are put forward. At present commonly used road noise environmental impact assessment norms have 《standard of highway construction project environmental impact assessment (try out)》 (JTJ005-96), the 《highway construction project environmental impact assessment》 (JTGB03-2006) and 《environmental impact assessment technical guideline - sound environment》 (HJ-2009-2.4), the specifications (guide) of road traffic noise prediction model is put forward. The paper mainly has completed the current situation of the measured data of municipal road sound environment and the above specification (guidelines) in the same conditions of the presented model predicted results are compared, to explore a design speed of 40 km/h municipal road suitable prediction model.
