Pilot-Study of UV- Catalytic Absorption Treatment for VOCs Gas

摘要 采用紫外+催化吸收工艺处理某化工企业产生的有机废气,考察了单独紫外光解和紫外+催化吸收的去除效果,气流流量和喷淋量对紫外+催化吸收工艺的影响。中试结果表明:紫外+催化吸收对VOCs的去除效率比单独紫外提高约30个百分点,最高去除效率为48.1%。实验范围内,工艺最佳停留时间为8.8 s,最佳的喷淋量为3 m^3/h。 A pilot-scale device,combining UV and catalytic absorption, is installed in a chemical factory to purify VOCs gas. Performance of UV alone and UV-catalytic absorption for VOCs removal arc investgated. Besides, work is carried out to study the influence of gas flow and spray volume to UV-catalytic absorption. The experimental results shows that the max removal efficiency of UV- catalytic absorption treatment for VOCs gas can reach 48.1%, which is about 30 percent higher than that of UV alone. The optimal residence time, spray volume, in the experimental range, are 8.8 s and 3 m3/h, respectively.
