摘要
建立了香烟烟雾中辅酶Q10的高效液相色谱测定方法。香烟置于水烟斗的烟锅中,点燃香烟,烟雾经无水乙醇吸收,吸收液经过滤并旋蒸后,以无水乙醇稀释定容。采用甲醇∶乙醇=50∶50为流动相,柱温30℃,流速1 m L/min,进样量10μL,波长275 nm对标准品以及香烟烟雾中的辅酶Q10进行了测定。辅酶Q10在4.44-71.12μg/m L之间方法线性范围良好,对浓度为71.12μg/m L的辅酶Q10标准品6次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.04%。采用本方法测得香烟烟雾中辅酶Q10为131.6±50.9μg/支。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for CoQ10 determination in cigarette smoke. The cigarette was inserted into the bowl of the water pipe. After the cigarette was burnt, the smoke was absorbed by ethanol. The obtained solution was firstly filtered with micro pore filter and then it was treated with rotary evaporation procedure. The resultant product was redissolved with ethanol. CoQ10 was detected using methanol ; ethanol=50 : 50 as mobile phase at a flow rate of l mL/min and column temperature was kept at 30℃, Sample of 10 μL was injected into the instrument for analysis at a wavelength of 275 nm, CoQ10 was lined well within 4.44 μg/mL and 71.12 μg/mL, The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 71,12 μg/mL CoQ10 standard was 0.04 % for 6 consecutive injection, CoQ 10 in cigarette smoke was determined to be 131.6±50.9 μg/cigarette.
