One certified reference materials（CRMs） of mixed metal ions have been developed through preparation, quantitative analysis of certified value, study of homogeneity, study of stability and uncertainty evaluation, for the demand in the heavy metal detection. The uncertainty evaluation of the CRM is introduced in detail in the paper.
