摘要 优化测定贝类中指示性多氯联苯的气相色谱法。本法以PCB198为定量内标,在试样中加入PCB198,经正己烷超声波提取、硫酸净化,μ-ECD检测器检测、内标法定量。结果表明,用本法测定以牡蛎为代表的贝类中的6种指示性多氯联苯残留量,其加标回收率都在82%以上,其相对标准偏差在7.87%以下,多氯联苯的定量限为0.08μg/kg。该法准确可行、前处理简便、适用于批量样品的测定。 A simple Gas Chromatography method for determination of Polychorinated biphenyls (PCBs) residues in shellfish have been optimized. Law quantitative internal standard with PCB198, Samples extracted by hexane Ultrasonic extraction, purified by sulfuric acid, separated by/.t-ECD detector, determined by the internal standard method. It was developed to quantitate the presence of six kind of Indicator PCBs in the muscles of Oysters. The recoveries obtained from these Oysters were above 82 %, with the relative standard deviation were below 7.87 %. The detection limits of PCBs was 0.08 μg/kg. Which suggested this method was simple, feasible, accurate and will be suitable for the determination of bulk samples.
