摘要 文章以东北林业大学为例,探讨了具有学科优势的高分子材料与工程专业在人才培养模式上的改革与探索,提出了以学校现有资源为基础,着重加强建设实验教学体系、建立高校与企业间人才培养互动模式、整合林业院校现有资源实现优势互补等措施,实施特色化创新人才培养的专业人才培养模式。 By using Northeast Forestry University as an example, the reformation and exploration of personnel training pattern for polymer materials and engineering major with more superiority of subject was discussed in the article. And the professional personnel training pattern which could implement the characterized and innovative professional personnel training by strengthening the construction of experimental teaching system, establishing personnel training interactive model between the university and the enterprise, and integrating existing resources of forestry colleges to carry out complement each other's advantages emphatically based on the existing resources of the college was proposed.
