摘要
概述棉秆栽培食药用菌的研究现状,指出棉秆作为食药用菌基质的四个优势为:棉秆与阔叶树的物理特性接近,营养齐全,资源丰富,利用率低。分析目前制约棉秆在食药用菌生产中应用的因素,并提出相应的解决办法。
The research progresses on edible and medicinal mushrooms cultivation with cotton stalks as substrate were summarized. There are four advantages of using cotton stalks as substrate for edible and medicinal mushrooms cultivation.The factors currently restrict cotton stalks applied in the production of edible and medicinal mushrooms and their solutions were analyzed and proposed.
