Study on Industrial Policies of New Energy Vehicles in China

对我国新能源汽车产业政策的现状、发展历程、演变逻辑及推进思路进行了系统的阐述,并重点分析了推广补助政策的演变及其成效,指出目前新能源汽车产业政策存在的问题,为新能源汽车产业的下一步发展提出了建议,对我国新能源汽车产业政策的进一步完善具有重要的参考价值。

This paper systematically elaborates the current situation of New Energy Vehicles（NEV） policies, their development process, the logical evolution and the way to generate new ideas for policy development, with an emphasis on analyzing the NEV subsidy policy evolution and effectiveness. And then the paper pointed out the current issues that face the policies and offered some suggestions for the further development, providing an important reference for the further improvement of NEV industrial policies in China.
