摘要
AP1000核电反应堆冷却剂泵采用的是屏蔽电机无轴封泵,极大地提高了反应堆冷却剂系统压力边界的安全性。本文给出了主泵关键部件制造的难点和质量控制要点,利用典型案例分析了质量问题的原因,从监造控制的角度给出了具体的管理措施。
The application of canned motor glandless pump for the AP1000 nuclear power reactor coolant greatly increases the safety of the pressure boundary of the system. This article describes the nodi in manufacturing the key parts of the main pump and the essentials of quality control. Typical case is introduced to analyze the causes of quality problems and countermeasures is recommended from the viewpoint of manufacturing supervision.
