摘要
目前国内的石化设备监理企业基本上都是以设备制造阶段的监理检验为主,项目管理和控制的作用相对较少;无论是业主,还是供应商,甚至监理单位本身,都默认了其"检验员"的身份。本文从国家政策、监理合同签订以及监理项目运行模式等多个方面简单论述了石化设备监理企业如何高效、全面实现工程咨询职能。
At present, the plant consulting engineering firms for petrochemical equipment supervision in China mainly provide services during the manufacturing stage, with less involvement in project management and control. As a result, the owner, supplier and even the engineering firm itself all give tacit consent to naming the firm just as an ＂inspector＂. This article discusses how a petrochemical equipment supervision company effectively and fully plays the role of a consulting engineering firm on the basis of the national policy, signing of supervision contract and the operation of the supervised project.
