仙居抽水蓄能机组是目前国内单机容量最大的抽水蓄能机组,文章通过简要介绍仙居抽水蓄能电站水轮机转轮的结构特点,重点阐述了水轮机转轮的原材料、装配、焊接、加工和试验的监造要点及方法,为其他同类型转轮的监造工作提供了参考经验。
The Xianju pumped-storage unit is the maximum single unit of its kind in China at present. By introducing the structural characteristics of the hydraulic turbine runner of the Xianju pumped-storage power station, this article mainly discusses the key points and methods for supervising the raw material, assembly, welding, processing and test of the runner. It provides good reference for supervising the manufacturing of the similar runners.
