H形截面不锈钢梁受弯承载力计算方法

摘要 我国是世界上不锈钢产量的第一大国,但到目前为止,并未有专门的不锈钢结构设计规范。随着不锈钢构件在建筑领域越来越广泛的应用,迫切需要有对应的设计方法。简要介绍了不锈钢的材料力学特性,及不同环境下的牌号选择。介绍并分析了AISC Design Guide 27对H形截面不锈钢受弯构件的计算方法,并与碳素钢受弯构件进行了承载力比较。由于不锈钢应力应变关系的非线性特征,不能简单套用碳素钢的计算方法来计算不锈钢构件。根据常用的H形构件截面特性,在AISC Design Guide27的设计方法基础上,提出了简化设计方法,并与准确算法进行了对比。对比结果显示,构件面外支撑长度越小,简化算法同原算法越接近。 China provides the maximum production of stainless steel to world, but until now there is noespecial code or specification of stainless steel for structure design. Along with the wide application instructural engineering, design approach for stainless steel became more essential. The main mechanicalproperty of stainless steel was briefly described, and the choice of stainless steel was also introduced simply.The design methods for I-shaped flexural member in AISC Design Guide 27 were introduced, and the capacityaccording to AISC Design Guide 27 was compared with that according to codes suitable for carbon steel.Considering the nonlinear character of stress and strain curve, the design method for carbon steel cannot beused for stainless steel directly. Based on the section properties of H-shaped members a simplified calculationmethod is provided which was compared with original methods. The comparison results indicate that the lateralfree length is longer, the deviation will be larger.
