摘要
该研究利用国外油井水泥工业及科学研究领域的一种常用设备——超声水泥分析仪对H级油井水泥在高温高压下的抗压强度发展和水化进程进行了试验分析。超声水泥分析仪通过记录穿过被养护试件的超声波信号的传输速度变化,利用经验公式计算其抗压强度。研究结果表明,温度和压强均可提高H级油井水泥早龄期的抗压强度并缩短到达峰值速率的时间。
Oil well cements are the most important cementitious materials in the field of well cementing,which needs to meet the demanding hydration conditions of the elevated temperature and pressure. This studyused a common equipment in oil well cementing industry -ultrasonic cement analyzer to study the impact oftemperature and pressure on the development of compressive strength for class H cement. Results show thatboth temperature and pressure have influences on the early compressive strength and the time to reach peakrate for class H cement.
