政治语篇翻译是我国外宣翻译的重要组成部分。基于语义翻译视角下的政治语篇旨在忠实地传递其政治文化内涵和精神。为此,译者必须在第二语言的语义和句法结构允许的情况下,准确地翻译其政治内涵。文章举例阐释和分析了政治语篇转换的语义翻译方法。

Political texts translation is an integral part of the the translation for international publicity of our country. It aims to faithfully transfer the connotation and spirit of the political culture by using the principle of semantic translation as proposed by Peter Newmark,a well-known British translation theorist. To this end,the translator must translate,as closely as the semantic and syntactic structures of the second language allow,the exact contextual meaning of the original. The author mainly explains and analyzes the ways of semantic translation to transfer the political culture embodied in the original texts with convincing examples.
