阿托伐他汀对老年缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响

Influences of atorvastatin on oxidative stress and lipid peroxi-dation in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke

目的：探讨阿托伐他汀对老年缺血性脑卒中患者氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响。方法将86例老年缺血性脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分两组，每组43例，均予以常规治疗，观察组在此基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗，观察6个月。治疗前后比较两组临床疗效、血脂水平及8‐异前列腺素F2α、氧化低密度脂蛋白水平。结果治疗后两组血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．01），观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0．05或0．01）；观察组氧化低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前显著升高（ P＜0．05）；对照组8‐异前列腺素F2α及氧化低密度脂蛋白水平均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．01），且显著高于观察组（P＜0．01）。治疗6个月观察组总有效率为97．7％，对照组为74．4％，观察组显著高于对照组（χ2＝9．68，P＜0．01）。结论阿托伐他汀治疗老年缺血性脑卒中患者疗效确切，能有效缓解或减轻氧化应激与脂质过氧化程度，有利于患者神经功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the influences of atorvastatin on oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke （CIS） .Methods Eighty‐six patients with CIS were randomly di‐vided into two groups of 43 ones each ,both groups received conventional therapy ,and on this basis obser‐vation group was plus atorvastatin for 6 months .Efficacies ,blood fat ,8‐iso‐PGF2α and ox‐LDL levels were compared between the two groups .Results After treatment triacylglycerol and cholesterol total lev‐els of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0 .01） ,those were signifi‐cantly lower in observation than in control group （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01）;ox‐LDL levels heightened more sig‐nificantly in observation group （P〈0 .05）;8‐iso‐PGF2α and ox‐LDL levels heightened more significantly in control group and were significantly higher than those in observation group （P〈0 .01） .Total effective rate was respectively 97 .7% in observation and 74 .4% in control group ,the former significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =9 .68 ,P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of elderly pa‐tients with CIS ,could effectively relieve or lighten oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation degrees ,and is beneficial to patients’ neurofunctional recovery .
