rhGM-CS F配置含漱液治疗化疗致口腔黏膜溃疡对照研究

A control study of rhGM-CSF gargle in the treatment of chem-otherapy-induced oral ulcer

目的：探讨重组人粒‐巨噬细胞刺激因子配置的含漱液治疗化疗致口腔黏膜溃疡患者的疗效。方法将64例化疗致口腔溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。观察组应用0．9％氯化钠注射液100 m l＋重组人粒‐巨噬细胞刺激因子200μg＋地塞米松注射液10 mg＋2％利多卡因注射液10 ml含漱液含漱治疗；对照组应用0．9％氯化钠注射液100 ml＋地塞米松注射液10 mg＋2％利多卡因注射液10 ml含漱液含漱治疗。观察7 d。比较两组口腔黏膜溃疡疼痛缓解率及有效率。结果治疗7 d后观察组溃疡疼痛缓解率为84．4％、总有效率为90．6％，对照组分别为53．1％、62．5％，观察组溃疡疼痛缓解率、总有效率均显著高于对照组（χ2＝7．27、7．05，P＜0．01）。结论重组人粒‐巨噬细胞刺激因子配置的含漱液治疗化疗致口腔黏膜溃疡患者效果显著，能快速缓解患者口腔溃疡的疼痛状况，加速口腔溃疡的愈合。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of recombinant human gran‐ulocyte‐macrophage colony‐stimulating factor（rhGM‐CSF）gargle in the treatment of chemotherapy‐induced oral ulcer .Methods Sixty‐four patients with chemotheraphy‐induced oral ulcer were randomly divided into observation and control group of 32 ones each .Observation group was treated with gargle consist of 0 .9% sodium choride injection 100ml ＋ rhGM‐CSF 200ug ＋ dexamethasone injec‐tion 10mg ＋ 2% lidocaine injection 10ml and control group 0 .9% sodium choride injection 100ml ＋ dexa‐methasone injection 10mg ＋ 2% lidocaine injection 10ml for 7 days .Oral ulcer pain remission and effective rates were compared between 2 groups .Results After 7 day treatment pain remission and total effective rate were respectively 84 .4% and 90 .6% in observation and 53 .1% and 62 .5% in control group ,the for‐mer significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =7 .27 ,7 .05 ;P〈0 .01） .Conclusion The rhGM‐CSF gargle has an evident effect in the treatment of chemotherapy‐induced oral ulcer ,could rapidly relieve pain status , and accelerate the healing of oral ulcer .
