以精神症状为首发表现的脑器质性疾病所致精神障碍2例

Two cases of brain organic mental disorders characterized by first-episode mental symptom

通过对2例以精神症状为首发表现的脑器质性疾病所致精神障碍患者的临床特征进行分析，提示在临床工作中，对既往无脑器质性疾病史的患者，在首次就诊时一定要进行全面的体格检查和必要的辅助检查，明确诊断，以免误诊而延误治疗。

Analyses of clinical features in two cases with brain organic mental disorders characterized by first‐episode mental symptom suggest that all‐round physical examinations and necessary auxiliary examinations should be carried out in first‐visiting patients without past history of brain organic mental disorders in order to finally diagnose and to avoid delaying treatment due to misdiagnosis .
