基于FPGA多输出电火花线切割脉冲电源的研制

摘要 针对自主研制的多工位同步电火花线切割机床,研制了一种多路输出的脉冲电源,其原理类似于单路输出脉冲电源,但采用了四路直流斩波拓扑结构.采用了FPGA作为控制器实现输出电压大小、频率和占空比的控制,并对各输出回路电压、电流信号进行采集,通过反馈控制对各支路进行保护.设计了基于触摸屏的人机交互系统,使电源的操作更加方便简单. For self--developed multi-station synchronous WEDM, a multi-output pulsed power supply was re- searched. The principle of the pulsed power supply is the same as the principles of the single output pulse power, the main structure of the full-bridge topology DC main circuit output plus four independent branch chopper. By FPGA as the controller sends a pulse signal to control the PWM modulation output voltage magnitude, frequency and duty cycle. Ensure a consistent pulse signal of each branch, so the same parameters as the electrical output of each end. Collection for each output circuit voltage and current signals, after internal processing by FPGA output feedback signal for each branch protection. When one of one or more channels fails, the other circuit continues to work to ensure efficiency. Designed based on interactive touch-screen system, make the operation more convenient and simple power supply.
