摘要
本文探索了基于大质量观的专业教学团队建设内涵,分析了专业教学团队建设的问题,提出了以"三主体驱动、四平台建设、五方联动"的新模式解决问题的策略.
This paper explored the connotation of professional teaching team construction based on the concept of quality, and analyzed the problems of the construction of professional teaching team. The new model to solve the problem of ＂three main drivers, four platform construction, five party linkage＂ was proposed.
