亲水色谱法测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐方法研究

Research of Determination of Nitrate and Nitrite by Hydrophilic Chromatography

建立使亲水色谱柱同时测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的高效液相色谱方法。样品匀浆后超声提取,高速离心处理,采用亲水色谱柱分离,乙酸铵和乙腈作为流动相进行等度洗脱,210 nm紫外检测。该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,成本低廉,适用于多种蔬菜中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的分析。

The method to determination of nitrate and nitrite in vegetables was established by HILIC column. Vegetables samples were pre-treated by ultrasonic extraction and high-speed centrifugation, separated by HILIC column which used ammonium acetate and acetonitrile as the mobile phase, isocratie elution and UV de- tection at 210 nm.The method was simple , rapid , accurate and reliable , cheap,and suited forthe analysis of nitrite and nitrate in vegetables.
