摘要
通过响应曲面法优化超声提取夏枯草中多糖类化合物的工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,选择提取功率、提取温度、提取时间、液固比和提取次数5个因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对夏枯草多糖产率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明:夏枯草中多糖类化合物的最佳超声辅助提取工艺为:提取功率90 W、提取温度65℃、液固比40∶1(m L/g)、时间52 min、提取次数两次,夏枯草中多糖类的实测结果(4.60%)与响应面拟合方程的预测值(4.64%)符合良好。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharide of Prunella vulgaris L. was studied. Based on the experiment of single factor,the mathematical regression model was established about the depen-dent variable (extraction yield of polysaccharide)and independent variables (extraction power,extraction tem-perature, extraction time, ratio of liquid to soild,extraction times ) though Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition were as fol-low:extracting power of 90 W,extracting temperature was 65℃,the ratio of liquid to solid was 40∶1(mL/g), extracting time of 52 min, and extraction times of 2. Under these conditions,the practical yield of polysaccharide of Prunella vulgaris L. was 4.60%,which was consistent with the predicted yield of polysaccharide of 4.64%.
