摘要
建立功能食品双叶颗粒的质量控制方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定双叶颗粒中总黄酮含量,并对其方法学进行考察;同时对其理化和微生物指标进行检测。总黄酮含量在0.00-45.60μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.92%,RSD为1.43%。
To develop a method of quality control for Shuangye granule, the content of total flavonoids was de-termined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the methodology was studied;the physical, chemical and micro-bial indicators were detected. Total flavonoids had a good linearity over the concentration range of 0.00-45.60μg/mL(r=0.999 7). The average recoveries was 98.92%with relatively standard deviations of 1.43%.
